REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

We have a NO REFUND/EXCHANGE policy unless item(s) are received broken, damaged and/or incorrect.

Due to the nature of most of our products (touches/enters the body) they are considered non-returnable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Applicable refunds/exchanges are only accepted within 24 hours of initial purchase. Item(s) must be in the same condition it was received. Several items are exempt from being exchanged such as body jewelry (nose rings, nose cuffs, belly rings etc).

ORDER CANCELLATION

All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
